The Newton Team was established in January 2008 and comprises of three of the four Anglican Parishes that serve the area, Emmanuel Wargrave, St. John the Baptist, Earlestown and St. Peter, Newton.

The parishes are about the same size, each serving approximately a quarter of the town’s population, which is in the region of 25,000. To find out more, or for contact details click here.

Team News

Laura Montgomery has joined the Newton Team following her ordination as Deacon. The Newton Team Ministry is one of the only all women led Team Ministries in the Diocese of Liverpool.  Laura was a primary school teacher in Great Yarmouth and a Youth Worker in Liverpool before ordination training.  To see Laura on her ordination day click here.
